SCHOOL PROMS

School Proms are becoming more and more popular in the UK.  To ensure these events run successfully and smoothly they require a lot of planning and organisation.  As Professional Party Planners we can ensure that your event is a huge success for your students.

From our experience the date is as equally as important as the Venue for a School Prom, although some are in the week most are on Friday or Saturdays.  Saturdays tend to work better as it stops the temptation for students to miss school to get ready and also gives teachers time to prepare as well. We find a Prom Committee made up of students and teachers is a good thing to have as this allows ideas to be shared between all parties involved.

Depending on your budget we can provide a DJ, Life Music or Both.   Other options include Full or Partial Room Decoration and lighting, Sweets Buffets, Chocolate Fountains, Popcorns and Candy floss.

To Complement your evening and provide a lasting memory to your Students we can provide favours branded with the name of the School and date as a keep sake.   Some of the most popular favours include picture frames, photo albums, water bottles, glass mugs, drink coasters, photo snow globes and photo cubes.
